COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Quantum Devices QD787-05 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaer's parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Red-Lion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rotech such as the PE360E3HD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU7824A manufactured by Schaer's and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaer's systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMI04167 by Manufacturer Red-Lion as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rosemount Brand 1268703 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensor-Technology such as 1096721 equipment made by Sensor-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensor-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensor-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 0078N21C60A020T32 made by Rosemount as well as the popular D68623KAS0030SM32 original spares produced by Rechner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KSW731085020907099190 by Ritz and 1096721 spares by Sensor-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SND8S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Roland. |
